It’s that time of year again! Although I am not the craftiest person in the world, I do love a good DIY around the holidays. Take a look at some of my favorites below…
I love the idea of getting creative with gift wrapping. The image below shows simple brown paper tied with pieces of greenery, a clean alternative to traditional wrapping paper. There are so many ways to create your own unique wrapping. You could use family photos for gift tags, use stamps to design your own paper, the options are endless!

This little glass village from The Nesting Place is like an updated version of a snow globe. I love the idea of creative your own village, you can choose the box, color palette and style to fit your decor. This is definitely on my list of things to DIY.

These asymmetrical holiday wreaths from Paper and Stitch are simple and unique and can be customized with any greenery and flowers you like. You can even take it up a notch and add twinkle lights or tiny ornaments. It is all up to your creativity!

I’m a huge fan of garland and there are so many tutorials online for creating your own strands of garland. Instead of purchasing one at the store, why not make your own and customize it the way you want!

The cranberry sugar scrub from Simply Stacie makes for a fun at home DIY night project that can also double as a holiday gift. I love homemade products because they are green and don’t contain many of the harmful additives that you find in store bought products. Homemade gifts always come from the heart.

The simplicity of these jars from Lina Ostling is striking. They are so simple yet so beautiful. Again, you could make so many different options depending on the vessel, greenery and objects that you use. This is my favorite DIY of them all!
