In the final installment of my holiday posts I’m going to be talking about curb appeal. We get so caught up designing and decorating the interiors of our home but we can’t forget about the first impression our guests get when they arrive. Take a look at the photos below for some of my favorite examples of holiday curb appeal…
This is your classic front porch set up. The greenery, white lights, just simple perfection. I love the addition of the lanterns to complete the look. You can’t go wrong when you keep it classic.
Sometimes a little greenery is all you need. This simple garland is just enough decor for this beautiful, rustic porch. (I love seeing the progress photos as things get put together!)

I love the idea of using two trees to flank the front door in perfect symmetry. The metal buckets give the perfect rustic farmhouse feel that ties in with the plaid ribbon on the door, just the right amount of holiday cheer.

This front porch is decked out with its own Christmas tree! I love this fun vignette set up to greet guests as they arrive. For outdoor decor, one of the best things you can incorporate are natural elements, the cut branches finish this look off perfectly.
Here is another example of a full vignette set up outside. This area is so inviting it makes you want to sit and relax for a while. This is one of the most creative exterior designs I have seen in a while.
This entry is so cozy and inviting, you can’t wait to see what the inside has to offer. I love the big wooden sign outside the door and warm throws and pillows, it brings a little of the indoors out.

I think the candle in the window concept is more of an east coast thing because I don’t see it as much out here in California but I still love it. It looks so beautiful at night and offers a simple but classic touch of decor.
This is another rustic favorite of mine. I love how neutral this whole design is and the sled, box and watering can lend a vintage feel to the concept that I absolutely love.
There is nothing more welcoming than a big sign right outside the door and I am a huge fan of chalkboards at the entry. I blogged this fall about mixing in signs outside and I love bringing it right through winter as well. This chalkboard feels like a big Christmas card right at your front door.

This picture is a continuation of the first image in this post. They took the greenery one step further and added lights, and two trees. I love the vintage natural feel of this whole look. It has a casual thrown together look that just works. All of the elements work so well together, this is one of my favorites.

Besides the fact that this is the cutest house on earth, I love the repetition of the garland, wreathes and bows. It is simple, classic and Christmas all the way. You can’t go wrong.
This is another class Christmas setup. I love the repetition of the bulbs above the door, on the garland and on the wreaths. I also love the way they opted to put the wreaths on the fence rather than the front door. The red of the door with the detailed moldings ties in so perfectly with the decorations.
This set up is so perfectly styled and ready for the holidays. Between the red wagon, burlap bag and presents, I can’t decide which element is my favorite. They all work together to make a charming holiday porch vignette and I can’t get enough.
I hope you have enjoyed my favorite holiday curb appeal looks! That wraps up my holiday posting for the year, I hope everyone has a wonderful Christmas and New Years!
